Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and we aim to dispatch your item to you within 2 working days of your payment being cleared.
If you do not receive an order confirmation from us within 2 working days of payment, please check your spam filters/junk mail folder. Should no email be found there then please email us at [email protected] and we will deal with the issue immediately.
Your right to return or exchange faulty or unwanted items:
If you are not satisfied with your Pash then please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at [email protected], or fill in the form below to let us know why you wish to return your Pash. All returned Pashes must be sent back to us in an unused, clean condition, with the original packaging and tags. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to return your purchase to us, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the Pash back.
If you wish to exchange your Pash for a different colour or style then please get in touch and we will be happy to help. Email us at [email protected] or fill out the form below stating the colour and design you would prefer. Should there be a price difference between the exchanged Pash and the new Pash then we will either refund the difference to you or request the difference be paid before dispatching your new Pash.
Please ensure that all purchases are returned clean, unused and with the original tags and packaging within 14 day of requesting the return/exchange. We will post out the exchanged Pash on the receipt of the original one.
You should receive a refund within 14 days of either our receipt of your Pash or you providing evidence of having returned the Pash (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
